Every BBT athlete is tested at intake and re-tested on a regular cadence. The numbers remove the guesswork — they show exactly where an athlete is, where they're going, and whether the program is working.

Acceleration is what wins the first step, the first base, and the first move. The 10-yard split isolates pure start speed better than a 40 ever could.
The gold standard for change of direction. It tells us how efficiently an athlete decelerates, redirects, and reaccelerates — the movements every sport demands.
