1-on-1 & Semi-Private: Individual Attention. Individualized Programming.

When an athlete needs focused coaching, a custom plan, or careful progression back from injury, nothing beats working directly with a coach. 1-on-1 sessions are $110 ($85 in 10-session packages); semi-private groups of 2–4 train at a discount.

Coaching, Not Just Supervision

A Program Built Around One Athlete

Group training is excellent — but some athletes need a plan written entirely around them, with a coach's full attention on every rep. That's what 1-on-1 and semi-private training deliver.

Whether you're chasing a specific goal, working back from an injury, breaking through a plateau, or simply want the fastest path to results, individualized coaching removes the guesswork. Every session is programmed for you — your sport, your position, your strengths, and the exact weaknesses we identify in testing. Prefer to train with a sibling, teammate, or friend? Semi-private groups of two to four athletes get the same individualized programming at a reduced per-athlete rate. We coach athletes of every age and level, youth through adult.

FAQ

1-on-1 & Semi-Private Questions

What's the difference between 1-on-1 and semi-private training?

1-on-1 is one athlete with one coach for the full session — the highest level of attention, ideal for specific goals or return-from-injury work. Semi-private puts 2 to 4 athletes with a coach on individualized programs at the same time, at a per-athlete discount. Everyone still trains their own plan; you just share the session and the cost.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your goals, schedule, and starting point, but most athletes train 2 to 3 times per week to make steady, measurable progress. Single sessions are $110; our 10-session package drops the rate to $85 per session. We'll recommend a cadence at your free assessment based on your sport, season, and objectives.

Can siblings or friends share a semi-private session?

Absolutely — that's one of the best uses of semi-private. Siblings, teammates, or friends can train together in a group of 2 to 4, each on their own individualized program, and split a discounted per-athlete rate. It's a great way to make elite coaching more affordable and keep athletes motivated.

Do you program for return-to-play after injury?

Yes. Return-to-play is one of the most common reasons athletes choose 1-on-1 training. We build a progressive plan that rebuilds strength, movement quality, and confidence, and we coordinate with the athlete's timeline and any guidance from their medical provider. The individualized format lets us adjust carefully session to session.
