Most "camps" are a week of random drills that leave no lasting mark. Ours are different. Every BBT camp is periodized like a college strength and conditioning cycle — a deliberate progression with a beginning, a build, and a peak.

Athletes test on day one, train through a structured block of speed, strength, power, and conditioning, and re-test on the final day so they walk away with proof of their progress. Coaching is hands-on, ratios are kept low, and athletes are grouped by age and level so the work is challenging and safe. Whether your athlete wants to attack the offseason, stay sharp over a school break, or get a taste of how college programs train, our camps deliver a focused, measurable jump. Built for ages 12–18.

Day One: Testing

Every athlete tests on the first day — vertical, 10-yard, agility, and a movement screen — to set a clear, honest baseline.

Athletes train through a progressive block of speed, strength, power, and conditioning, coached hands-on in small groups by age and level.

Toward the end of the cycle we sharpen the work so athletes peak — moving faster, jumping higher, and feeling more explosive.

What ages are BBT camps for?

Our camps and clinics are built for athletes ages 12 to 18 — middle school and high school athletes across all sports. We group athletes by age and training level within each camp so the work is appropriately challenging and safe for everyone.

What's the camp schedule like?

Camps run as 1-week, 3-week, or 6-week cycles during summer, winter, and school breaks, structured like a college strength and conditioning block. Each cycle progresses through testing, a build phase, and a peak, with sessions covering speed, strength, power, and conditioning. Do you offer sibling discounts for camps?

Yes. We offer a sibling discount when more than one athlete from the same family enrolls in a camp. It's a great way to get multiple athletes training together for the break. Mention your siblings when you register and we'll apply the discount.

What should my athlete bring to camp?

Athletes should bring athletic shoes (turf or trainers), a refillable water bottle, comfortable training clothes, and any sport-specific footwear if noted for their camp. We provide all equipment, testing, and programming. Just show up ready to work.

Are camp spots limited?

Yes. We cap enrollment to keep coach-to-athlete ratios low and coaching hands-on, so popular camps fill quickly. We recommend registering early to secure a spot, especially for summer cycles.
