BBT Team Training puts your high school or travel/club squad through 4x/week, professionally periodized programming that's planned out across your off-season, pre-season, and in-season — so your athletes peak when it counts and stay healthy through the grind. We handle the programming, the coaching, and the testing; you focus on coaching your sport. Whether we come to your facility or your team trains at BBT in Charlotte, your players get the same method that's produced 47 college commits and hundreds of trained athletes across the Charlotte, Huntersville, and Lake Norman area.

Coach Consult

We start with a free coach-to-coach call. Tell us your sport, roster size, season calendar, goals, and where you want to train. We'll map out a plan and quote.

Assessment & Testing

Your athletes go through baseline testing and a movement screen — vertical, sprints, agility, and mobility — so we know exactly where the team stands before we build the plan.

Build The Periodized Plan

We design a 4x/week program periodized across your off-season, pre-season, and in-season phases, with position-specific work built in where it matters.

Train, Test & Report

Coaches run the sessions on-site or at BBT, re-test at the end of each block, and deliver coach-to-coach reporting on progress — including in-season maintenance to keep legs fresh.

Team Training FAQ

How many athletes do we need to book team training?

We typically start team training with a roster of 12 or more athletes, which lets us run efficient stations and group programming. Smaller squads and position groups can still train together — reach out and we'll build a structure that fits your numbers and budget.

Can BBT come to our school or facility?

Yes. We run team training both on-site at your school or club facility and at our BBT facility in Charlotte. On-site programming uses portable equipment and bodyweight-based progressions; training at BBT gives your team access to Keiser pneumatic technology and our full weight room.

How is team training billed?

Team training is $250 per athlete per month for 4x/week programming. Billing is handled per athlete on a monthly basis, and many programs split or subsidize the cost through boosters or athletic budgets. We can invoice the program directly or each family individually.

How does in-season training differ from off-season?

Off-season blocks build a foundation — strength, power, speed, and work capacity with higher volume. As the season approaches we shift to peaking, and in-season we move to a maintenance model that keeps athletes strong and fast while protecting fresh legs for games. The plan is periodized around your actual schedule.
